The project of Pioneer Group, the residential district LIFE-Botanic Garden was distinguished by the prestigious real estate award Urban Awards and became the winner of the new category "Premiere of the year 2015". The model of the residential district decorated the welcome-zone of ICON Hall, where the awarding ceremony took place. The Urban Awards was held for the seventh time. It is designed to determine the achievements of modern urban residential real estate in Russia, to promotion modern standards and spread the best practices in development, construction, architecture, marketing and property management, to improve the quality of infrastructure and urban environment.
Our project LIFE-Botanic Garden is an example of how you can organically place a modern residential district in the existing development, adjacent to a green area. The project concept was developed by the Japanese architectural firm Nikken Sekkei. In the first phase buildings are erected following the modern technology of monolithic construction with the use of ventilated facades: two towers 24 floors high and a building of varied height. The recognition of experts in the area of new buildings has once again confirmed the originality of the project of Pioneer Group.
