Pioneer Group became a finalist of the prestigious independent award Urban Awards in 2015 with the project LIFE-Botanic Garden.

In the first stage of the selection the jury formed a short list of nominees. The residential district LIFE-Botanic Garden claims to be the "Best integrated development project in Moscow" and the "Best comfort class residential complex under construction". The units were selected by online expert voting and calculating the objective points. Voting was traditionally held by an independent consultant of the award - the auditing firm PwC Moscow. The names of the winners will soon be known at the Urban Awards ceremony on 25 November in ICON HALL.
