The new financial partner of our company is PAO AKB AK BARS, which accredited the second and third stages of LIFE-Botanic Garden and all the buildings of LIFE-Mitinskaya ECOPARK.
Now those wishing to purchase housing in the projects can get a mortgage loan with a minimum payment of 10 percent at 11 percent per annum or with a reduced 10.4 percent rate when paying a 50 percent deposit. The mortgage can be issued for a period from one year to 25 years and be paid off ahead of schedule without commission. At the same time, both parent capital and all types of government subsidies can be used as an initial contribution.

In the residential quarter LIFE-Mitinskaya ECOPARK, located near the metro station “Mitino”, in three houses, where flats are sold with decoration, keys are being handed out. Until the end of this year, the LIFE-Mitinskaya PARKSIDE building will be commissioned where, in addition to the ergonomic layouts and high quality decoration, there will be built-in kitchens of the famous brand “Maria” and HOTPOINT ARISTON household appliances.
In the residential quarter LIFE-Botanic Garden it is planned to build nine buildings in four phases. The total area of the entire project will be 238 thousand square meters. At the moment, the keys are being handed out in the second building of the first phase, and in July residents of the first and third building will start settling in. Commissioning of buildings 4-6 is scheduled for October, and K7 for November 2017. Flats in the residential quarter are rented with or without finishing. Buyers are offered a wide choice of flats in comfort and business class.
