On October 14 Moscow hosted the VII award ceremony RREF AWARDS-2016. According to the vote of the jury Pioneer Group was recognized as Developer of the Year.

This award was the second victory for Pioneer Group in the RREF AWARDS competition: in 2014 the company also received the title of the best developer. The RREF AWARDS “Professional recognition” category is held annually among the real estate market participants who have a positive influence on the forming of the modern housing market. This year, 20 major developers competed for the victory in the category, which takes into account the quality of services, expertise and following the latest trends in business development.

Pioneer Group has for many years showed positive development of results. At the end of 2015 the company’s portfolio increased to 1.5 million square meters, while the revenue reached 17.5 billion rubles. The high degree of reliability and transparency of the structure of Pioneer Group confirmed professional ratings: the “National Rating Agency” upgraded the rating of the company to the “A +” level on the national scale, and according to Standard & Poor`s agency standards (S & P) Pioneer Group holds position “B – “in the credit rating.
