Pioneer Group creates new opportunities for purchasing housing and announces the launch of a trade-in service for buyers of flats in the company’s Moscow projects.

The principles of the trade-in transaction are simple and transparent. The buyer chooses the flat or apartment they like, signs a paid reservation agreement, makes an advance payment and, without waiting for the old apartment to be sold, signs the equity participation agreement. Within three months, the Real Estate Agency carries out an active campaign to sell the old housing. After the property is sold, the money comes in as payment for the new flat.

Using the trade-in service, the buyer gets a real opportunity to significantly improve their living conditions and move to an apartment with a modern layout, a new communication system, a developed infrastructure, etc. After signing the equity participation agreement, the price of the new flat or apartment is fixed. The amount of paid reservation is already included in the cost of the property. The developer takes full legal support of the transaction at all stages.

Purchase of real estate under the trade-in program is possible in the residential quarters LIFE-Botanic Garden, LIFE-Kutuzovsky, LIFE-Varshavskaya, as well as in the apart-hotels YE’S Botanic Garden and YE’S Technopark.
