The second phase of construction of the residential district LIFE-Botanic Garden has received a positive government expert review issued by a Government Autonomous Agency of  Moscow City "Moscow State Expertise".

The residential complex with underground parking and social infrastructure units is being built near the metro station "Botanichesky Sad", between Lazorevy passway, Snezhnaya street and Serebryakova passway. The total area of ​​the second phase of construction will be 80,317 square meters. m. This phase will include three multi-story buildings, two of them (buildings 4 and 6) are 24-storey towers, and the third (building 5) is 15-storey "plate". The buildings, with the residential area of ​​over 42.7 thousand sq. m., which will house 665 apartments, will be built by a modern technology of monolithic construction with ventilated facades. Currently, on the construction site the works on installing the monolithic carcasses of three buildings of the first phase at the level of floors 9, 10 and 12 are in progress.
