At the construction site of the second stage of the residential district LIFE-Botanic Garden the first cubic meter of concrete has been poured into the bed of the foundation slab. Now the general contractor company SU-10 is proceeding with the construction of underground parking.
Builders of the RC LIFE-Botanic Garden celebrated the International Women's Day pouring the first concrete cube in the second phase of the residential district. The project is being implemented using the modern technology of monolithic construction with the use of ventilated facades.
The modern residential complex with underground parking and social infrastructure is being built between Lazorevy passway, Snezhnaya street, 1st Botanic passway and Serebryakova passway. The project is located just a two minute walk away from the metro station "Botanichesky Sad" and near Europe's largest city park.
The architectural concept of LIFE-Botanic Garden was created by joint efforts of the Japanese bureau Nikken Sekkei and a Russian TPO "Reserve".
In total, the second stage will comprise three multi-storey residential buildings with 665 apartments: two 24-storey buildings and one 15-storey building. Their total area will be 80.3 thousand sq. m., where housing will make up 42.7 thousand sq. m.
Completion of construction is planned for the IV quarter of 2017. A financial partner of the project is Sberbank of Russia.
