The first months of operation of the Moscow central ring (MCC) determined the five most popular stations. In the list of the most popular hubs the platform “Botancheski Sad” took the third place, in the vicinity of which Pioneer Group is building a modern residential district.

In September, the new urban thoroughfare was used by 6 million Muscovites and the rating of stations with the highest passenger traffic was topped by “ Shosse Entuziastov”. The top five also includes the platforms “Botanicheski Sad”, “Baltijskaya”, “Kutuzovskaya” and “Luzhniki”. The convenient interchanges to the subway have become the determining factor for the popularity of these stations. For example, the platform “Botanicheski Sad” is just within a 2 minutes walk from the metro station of the same name.

Starting the passenger traffic on MCC increased the transport accessibility of the residential complex under construction LIFE-Botanic Garden, which even before stood out on the background of many of the capital’s buildings due to its close proximity to the radial line metro station. Now, thanks to MСC the new Pioneer Group project is now directly linked to 26 districts of the capital, and the residential complex offers direct connections to Moscow’s largest parks – Losini Ostrov, VDNKh, Izmailovo and Vorobievi Gori.
