This past Thursday, November 5, 2015 the show-room of the residential district LIFE-Botanic Garden was visited by representatives of the Government of Japan. The aim of the visit was to get acquainted in detail with the project of the RC LIFE-Botanic Garden as the first flagship project of cooperation between the two countries.
The Japanese delegation of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), as well as businessmen and representatives of business circles of Japan were received onsite by the chief executives of Pioneer Group. In his opening speech the CEO of Pioneer Group Andrei Grudin expressed his special recognition to the officials and colleagues from the Japanese architectural bureau Nikken Sekkei, that participated in developing the concept and master plan of the residential complex LIFE-Botanic Garden. "The rich experience of leading Japanese architects and practical application of innovative technologies make our new project, without exaggeration, unique in every detail. We really have something to be proud of! - said Andrei Grudin. - I encourage our foreign partners to scale up cooperation, including in the area of investment, developing the supply of high-quality materials, engaging professional workforce". In turn, the Advisor on the global strategy of the Ministry of MLIT of Japan, Mr. Takehiko Mori, and Minister of Economic Department of the Embassy of Japan in Moscow, Mr. Hiroshi Tashima, said that the government agencies, at their end, will do their best to contribute to the success of this project.
The honorary guests of the event had the opportunity to see the progress of construction of the new residential complex. In addition, after the official part of the event, tours of the sales office were organized, including a visit to its own mini-theater and showrooms, that present the designer decoration options offered to buyers of flats in the residential complex LIFE-Botanic Garden.
This is not the first visit of the representatives of MLIT to the units of Pioneer Group. Earlier, the delegation of the Japanese government came with an official visit to the units LIFE-Skhodnenskaya and LIFE-Volzhskaya in order to study the developer’s approach to improving the living conditions of the citizens, the integrated development of large-scale areas, to exchange experience and develop further cooperation prospects.
