According to the results of the first phase of voting the residential complex LIFE-Botanic Garden and the Aparthotel YE’S entered into the list of finalists in three categories of Urban Awards 2016.
On October 14 the organizing committee announced the short-list of nominees for Urban Awards 2016. As a result of on-line voting of the jury the residential complex LIFE-Botanical Garden was chosen as one of the best in two nominations: “The best comfort-class residential complex under construction” and “The comfort-class residential complex of the year “. The Aparthotel YE’S will compete for the title of “The Best comfort-class apartment complex.”
This year more than 260 applications were submitted for participation in the Awards. The evaluation of the projects took place in accordance with a special system developed by real estate market experts specifically for Urban Awards. Test results were analyzed by auditors from PwC, which has been an independent consultant of the Awards for six years.
On October 19 the Urban Awards jury will visit the residential complex LIFE-Botanical Garden to conduct additional analysis of the project and determine the final three nominees in “The comfort-class residential complex of the year” category.
The results of Urban Awards 2016 will be announced on November 23 during the grand ceremony of awarding the winners.
