In the second stage of LIFE-Botanic Garden the price of the most affordable flat begins at 7.2 million rubles. With the first deposit of 3.6 million rubles and a five year loan time period, the monthly fee will be 80,168 rubles. If the customer is ready to deposit only 20% of the purchase price (1.44 million rubles.), then with, for example, a ten year loan time period, the monthly payment on it will be 83 thousand rubles.
