Pioneer Group is completing the construction of the first phase of its flagship project - the residential district LIFE-Botanic Garden in the north-east of Moscow. Last week the monolithic structure of the first three buildings of the residential district was completed. It is expected that the state commission will accept the buildings for operation in the IV quarter of this year.
The first phase includes two 24-storey towers and one block of variable height - from 16 to 18 floors. Their total area is 76.4 thousand sq. m., of which 39.6 thousand sq. m. is the area of flats. In total, three buildings will include 701 flats and 490 parking spaces in the underground parking.
The wide flat mix includes small one-bedroom flats of 33 square meters, as well as spacious 5-room flats, whose area exceeds 194 square meters. There are now flats on sale in the price range of 7.7 million rubles to 32.8 million rubles.
The concept of LIFE residential districts assumes that all of the first floors are reserved for shops, pharmacies, dry cleaners, and other social infrastructure facilities.
At the same time the builders are finishing and glazing the facades, installing elevator equipment and decorating common areas. Decorating the flats themselves will begin in the summer. All work are carried out by the general contractor, the company SU-10. The first tenants will be able to get the keys in the spring of 2017.
