Clients of VTB 24 now have an opportunity to carry out partial and full early loan repayment in a new version of the Internet bank. Previously, early repayment could be registered only in VTB offices or via a call to the contact center.

Partial and full early repayment is available for the product “Mortgage” and can be carried out on any day (except January 1-3), following the date of registration of the application, but not later than the date of the nearest scheduled payment. In this case, the client must make sure that they have the amount for early payment on their card or account no later than 19:00 of the planned date of fulfilling the application.

To register a partial or full early repayment of the loan, you need to go to the new Internet version of VTB 24-Online, find your loan, select the “Repay early” operation and fill out a special form. After registering the application, the client can independently monitor the status of the order on-line. This service is available on the loan product page in the “Early repayment” section. At the moment the service is available in a mobile application for iOS, in the future it will be available to users on the Android platform.
