February 1, 2017 – Pioneer Group has commissioned residential buildings as part of Ist stage of construction of the complex LIFE-Botanic Garden. The relevant permit was issued December 29, 2016 by the Committee for State Construction Supervision of Moscow.
Currently all the major works on the site are completed, workers have begun furnishing the apartments in buildings 1 and 3. Entrance groups and common areas are also fully prepared, with the exception of building 2, where design wall decoration has not yet been completed. This is done to ensure that future residents do not damage it in the process of delivery of materials for decorating their apartments. Landscaping has been completed in the yard of the residential complex, greening works will start in the spring.
Handing over the keys to the new flats without decoration in building 2 is scheduled to begin in March 2017, flats with decoration will be ready for residents in July.
The commissioned residential buildings include 683 flats with the total area of 39 thousand sq. m. Within walking distance from the project there is metro station “Botanicheskiy Sad” and a MCC platform. In the future, the residential complex will have a modern school and a kindergarten, and on the first floors of the buildings and in the stylobates convenience stores will open. The residential complex LIFE-Botanic Garden is planned to be fully realized in 2018.
